Allen is a Partner with PwC in the Dallas office. He has more than 17 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance in both public accounting and industry. He has extensive experience providing tax consultation related to companies with multi-state and international activity, as well as tax planning for business formations, acquisition structuring, internal revenue service dispute resolution and analysis, and ASC 740.
Allen has worked extensively with clients across industries including engineering & construction, retail, technology, aerospace & defense, and entertainment & media. Prior to joining PwC, he worked as a Tax Manager in the tax department of a multinational company providing tax planning and compliance services. He also worked with another Big Four accounting firm specializing in the real estate industry with a focus on real estate investment trusts, partnership taxation and tax planning.
Allen holds a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting and a Master’s in Professional Accounting in Taxation from The University of Texas. He is a CPA licensed to practice in Texas. He is a member of the AICPA and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Brad is a PwC Principal and serves as the Engineering & Construction Advisory Leader. With over 28 years of industry and consulting experience across a range of industries, Brad is one of PwC’s leaders in developing and implementing transformational operational strategies. Brad’s experience gives him a strong combination of breadth and depth in a range of areas such as supply chain strategy, planning, manufacturing operations, technology transfer, new product introduction, manufacturing and distribution network optimization, logistics management, ERP and supply chain information technology, and supply chain organization design.
Prior to PwC, Brad served as a director in PRTM Management Consultants Inc, and as the President of The Performance Measurement Group, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of PRTM Management Consultants, Inc.). Additionally, he served as the director of Process Engineering and Manufacturing at Ceramics Process Systems, Inc., and as a Process Engineering Manager at Corning, Inc.
Brad is an active leader in the field of supply chain management, lending significant contributions to the critically acclaimed book, Strategic Supply Chain Management: The 5 Disciplines for Top Performance, and serving on the Board of Directors of the Supply Chain Council. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Brad was also a Fellow in the Leaders for Manufacturing (LFM) Program, M.S. in Management, MIT Sloan School of Management; M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, MIT Process Engineering and Manufacturing.

Mike is currently in our Private Company Services assurance practice. Mike is a CPA and has 12 years of experience in public accounting. Mike started his career in the Hartford, CT office of PwC, recently completed a two-year tour in PwC's National Office in Florham Park, NJ and has now relocated to PwC's Greater Michigan practice. Mike's primary focus during his career has been in the construction industry working with companies who offer diversified services (including those companies that offer full design-build services), including general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and government contractors.
While on tour in the National Office, Mike was a member of the accounting consulting services team focused on revenue recognition, as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He served as National Office technical liaison for the Engineering & Construction industry assisting companies, public and private, with complex, industry-specific technical matters. He has also authored several internal and external articles and has given numerous market presentations relating to the E&C industry. Mike also served as the firm’s project manager for its global working group assessing the joint FASB/IASB revenue recognition project and is currently co-chair of the AICPA's revenue recognition task force.
Mike has a B.S. and M.S. in accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is professionally affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) where he serves as an at-large national director.
