With more than 21 years of experience at PwC and over 23 years of industry experience, Pam has served as the lead partner for several Fortune 500 companies and is the Managing Partner of PwC’s Toledo office. She has consulted with the firm’s engagement teams and clients on a number of complex accounting and reporting issues, including business combinations, segment reporting, fair value related issues, restructuring and impairments. In addition to these roles, Pam was a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In this capacity, she was responsible for assisting registrants in resolving accounting and reporting matters, along with participating in the development of rule proposals under the federal securities law.

An active member of her community, Pam most recently served on the boards of the United Way of the Capital Region and the Boys and Girls Club of Central Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University, is a licensed certified public accountant in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Ohio, and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Sean has over 23 years of experience advising multi-national clients in in industrial products and pharma/life science sectors. Sean's areas of tax expertise span ASC740 (FAS 109), cross-border supply chain tax planning, US foreign tax credit and repatriation planning, transfer pricing (including TP tax controversy) and acquisitions. Sean's acquisition experience includes leading all aspects of the supply chain tax planning efforts for an $8 billion asset acquisition (in 150+ countries) for a Fortune 10 client. In addition to Sean's strong general corporate tax skills, he brings a full suite of federal and state and local tax solutions to his clients.

Sean has a B.B.A. in Accounting and Masters of Science degree in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Sean is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and WICPA.

Marc leads PwC’s Advisory Practice for process-oriented companies in the United States. His personal focus is on manufacturers, where he helps with operations improvement from product strategy and engineering through manufacturing and distribution. Marc has been in operations strategy consulting since 1997, and has conducted engagements in a number of industries. Prior to joining PwC, he held both functional and line management roles in manufacturing and logistics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
