Based in PwC’s Phoenix office, Chuck is a seasoned executive with a successful 30-year track record supporting Fortune 500 companies in the deployment of enterprise resource planning systems, performance management systems, financial consolidation systems, and MRO and supply chain systems. Throughout his career, Chuck has advised both public and private companies on the full avionics aerospace supply value chain, from commercial airframes and components, landing systems, and engines high speed product development. He also led transformation programs including technology support systems for OEM manufacturing, OEM and airline operator MRO spares planning and execution and major cost take-out initiatives.

Chuck holds a Bachelor’s of Art in Accounting from Southern Illinois University. He has been the author of numerous PwC A&D publications including, Aviation’s second golden age: Can the US aircraft industry maintain leadership? Chuck and his wife breed American Paint horses at their ranch in Northern Arizona and he serves as a leader on various American Paint Horse Association boards within the west region.

Scott Thompson is PwC’s U.S. Aerospace & Defense assurance leader based in the Washington, D.C. Metro office. Scott's extensive industry and client knowledge stems from his experience serving some of the firm’s largest A&D clients. He is an author of several A&D whitepapers and articles, and is a regular contributor to Aviation Week. Scott's range of experience includes strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), operational improvement and compliance. He frequently acts as Quality Review Partner or consults on M&A engagements. He also has significant experience with government contracting regulations and compliance.

In his role as the A&D assurance leader, Scott has responsibility for audit quality and service to A&D clients. Scott's A&D experience covers financial reporting and disclosure requirements, internal control and implementation of SOX 404, coordination of large multinational audit engagements, business combinations and merger integration, corporate governance and employee benefits including pensions and OPEBs.

Scott has also led the development of PwC's comprehensive A&D industry financial reporting training and our Aerospace & Defense Academy program.

James B. (Jamie) Grow is a partner in the PwC Tyson’s Corner, VA office. He is the former Southeast region mid-cap practice leader and the former partner-in-charge of the Washington, DC area tax practice. He has over 24 years of experience in public accounting serving numerous public and multi-national corporate clients. Jamie currently serves as the A&D industry tax leader for the firm.

Jamie is also a member of the firm's Tax Accounting Services, a group of national and practice office partners and professionals focused on emerging trends and best practices for income tax accounting and reporting.

Jamie is a former adjunct professor to the University of Virginia and sits on the Board of Advisors to the James Madison University School of Accounting. He is a frequent guest lecturer to the University of Richmond and James Madison University. Jamie is a CPA with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from James Madison University and has a MBA from George Mason University.
