Impact is currently only available in the Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, New York City, Philadelphia and Washington Metro communities.

Students who are highly motivated high school juniors of Black/African American descent with accomplished academic backgrounds (at least a 3.2 GPA or B average.), strong leadership skills and plans to attend college upon their high school graduation, are eligible for consideration. Applicants are reviewed, interviewed and selected by a PwC committee.

According to the US Census Bureau, college graduates earn 71 percent more, on average, than those with only a high school diploma. And, workers with a bachelor's degree earn nearly $1 million more over their lifetime than those with a high school diploma.
