HR customer satisfaction survey
Our service

PwC Saratoga’s HR customer satisfaction surveys help your organization inform HR strategies and priorities. With your organization's business objectives clearly in mind, we work with you to customize a questionnaire based on PwC Saratoga’s library of valid questions, select demographics that reflect your organization structure and customize groups for analysis. In addition, we work with you to select metrics to analyze in conjunction with customer responses.

Based on survey data, PwC Saratoga will identify drivers of effectiveness and customer satisfaction. How effectively is your organization using talent management, compensation, benefits and recruitment to achieve your goals? We also integrate HR department benchmarks to provide a comprehensive viewpoint on the department metrics and the voice of the customer.

Your benefit

HR customer satisfaction survey will help your HR organization to:
  • Understand your customers’ agenda and priorities
  • Identify what is perceived as working and what is not
  • Gain a feedback loop for HR policy/process changes
  • Demonstrate that HR is open and listens
  • Raise the profile of HR with internal customers
  • Contribute to improved allocation of HR resources
  • Link customer feedback and HR’s self-assessment to identify perceived service delivery and capability differences
HR X-ray analysis
Our service

Similar to an X-Ray at the doctor’s office, PwC Saratoga’s X-ray analysis provides a detailed analysis of all of your organization’s work processes down to the functional, activity and individual levels. We provide a quantitative, objective analysis of your organization’s G&A functions (HR, IT, finance, etc.) processes and labor costs based on actual time spent on specific processes by role.

The X-ray analysis provides your organization with the data you need to make fact-based decisions on:
  • Process improvement opportunities/reducing process fragmentation
  • Proper allocation of work responsibilities
  • Overall staffing levels and sourcing models
  • Technology infrastructure requirements
  • Cost saving options
Your benefit

Your organization gains a better understanding of the number of people involved in specific activities and the associated costs of those activities. You will have the facts you need to make decisions about:
  • How to best allocate work activities based on staff level or skill set
  • Flow of work — process fragmentation can lead to stress on staff, increased service delivery costs and likelihood of errors
  • Future service delivery models
  • Scenario planning for staffing models
  • Future changes to or reductions in staffing
Your X-ray analysis will help you to “surgically” adjust your organization to accomplish functional objectives in support of a rapidly evolving business. In addition, your X-ray data can be segmented and analyzed to pinpoint specific issues within process variances, within business units or geographies and irregularities within a particular position, process or activity.
