Our service

PwC Saratoga’s Onsight program sets the standard in performance metrics. As the starting point for building a dashboard, Onsight helps organizations determine the right scope of measurement, the right metrics and the right audiences in defining and developing an HR dashboard, enabling the organization to focus measurement efforts on the key metrics to map to HR and organizational strategy.

Through a series of Onsight workshops, PwC Saratoga consultants work with you to build your prototype dashboard.  After the data collection process, PwC Saratoga will meet with your team to debrief on the results and strategize next steps to achieve your organization’s goals.
