Our service

Our benchmarking services enable your organization to make data-driven workforce decisions. PwC Saratoga’s Global metrics and measurement database spans more than 450 metrics across workforce productivity, span of control, succession planning, recruiting costs and efficiency, quality of hire, labor costs, turnover, diversity and human resource department cost and organizational structures.

Benchmarking data are based on metrics provided directly from clients across twelve industry sectors on an annual basis and are affirmed by PwC Saratoga consultants. All individual company data are held confidential.

Each consortium leverages PwC Saratoga standards, methodologies and tools and is designed to both generate industry-specific data and provide a forum for members to build a valuable network.
