Bobby Clark is a Senior Manager at PwC's Health Research Institute. HRI is a dedicated research group that provides new intelligence, perspective, and analysis on major health-related business issues. In this role, Bobby leads HRI’s analysis of key regulatory and policy initiatives pertaining to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. He also supports the development of thought leadership for the firm’s healthcare practice and its clients.
Bobby previously served as a health policy advisor in the U.S. House of Representatives. In this capacity, he advised Members of Congress on a diverse portfolio of health issues including: the regulation of food, drugs and medical devices; biomedical research and development; healthcare financing; the regulation of insurance markets; healthcare delivery system reform; health professionals’ education and training; as well as prevention and wellness issues. From 2010-2012, Bobby served as Director of Federal Affairs for Teva Pharmaceuticals.
Bobby graduated in 2002 with high honors from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey at New Brunswick with a dual degree in Political Science and Sociology. He earned his Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University in 2006, where he specialized in healthcare policy. He also spent a semester at Oxford University studying international business management and comparative public policy.
