Bobby Clark, Senior Manager, PwC Health Research Institute

Bobby Clark is a senior manager in PwC's Health Research Institute. In this role he leads HRI’s analysis of key regulatory and policy initiatives focused on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. He also supports the development of thought leadership for the firm’s health practice and its clients.

Bobby previously served as a health policy advisor in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he advised congressional lawmakers on a range of health issues, including the regulation of food, drugs and medical devices; biomedical research; healthcare financing; insurance market and delivery system reforms; and prevention and wellness programs. From 2010-2012, he served as director of federal affairs for Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Bobby graduated in 2002 with high honors from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey at New Brunswick, with dual degrees in political science and sociology. He earned his master’s in public policy from Georgetown in 2006, where he specialized in healthcare policy. He also spent a semester at Oxford University studying international business management and comparative public policy.
