Trine Tsouderos is a director in PwC’s Health Research Institute (HRI), where she develops national thought leadership on provider and insurer topics, including new delivery models such as accountable care organizations. HRI is a dedicated research group that provides new intelligence, perspective and analysis on major health-related business issues.
A former journalist, Trine has 17 years of newsroom experience. Most recently, she was an investigative medical reporter at the Chicago Tribune, and won state and national awards for her investigations into immunization rates, autism and dietary supplements. Her work has been cited in books and scientific papers. Trine is also a seasoned speaker, and has given presentations at organizations such as The New York Academy of Sciences, the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Association of Health Care Journalists.
Trine also has worked in health communications. As director of healthcare media at GolinHarris, she helped shape and execute domestic and global media strategies for large insurers and major pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare products companies.
