Sarah Haflett is a Manager of the Health Research Institute (HRI) of PricewaterhouseCoopers. HRI is a dedicated research group that provides new intelligence, perspective, and analysis on major health-related business issues. Sarah leads the development of thought leadership and research initiatives in the area of health information technology. She received her MHA in health services management and has seven years of consulting experience. Prior to joining HRI, she worked with clients in the provider industry where she consulted on growth and integration strategies and operations improvement. Sarah has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including medical centers/health systems, community hospitals, and large physician practices.
