Mike Swanick

Mike Swanick, partner, functions as the US Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences practice leader and global tax leader. He has been with the firm 25 years, working with international and domestic pharmaceutical, life science, manufacturing, medical device, and chemical companies. He has served as lead tax partner and has led due diligence engagements for multinational clients.

Mike, a CPA, spent three years in London, where he led the firm’s US corporate tax consulting groups and two years in Brussels, where he advised publicly traded US and EU companies on cross-border transactions. He has a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University and a master’s from Villanova University.
