The quarterly General Counsel Forum program is designed for General Counsel and senior leaders of Chicago’s most important public and private companies. Our goal is to offer a forum for discussion, debate and additional insight on the current legal and financial topics most asked about by you and your peers, led by prominent Chicago trial and transaction lawyers. More specifically, the Forum will: (1) provide current information and technical insight on a specific legal and financial topic, (2) give attendees the opportunity to meet and assess the qualifications of experienced trial and/or transaction lawyers from leading Chicago law firms as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers advisory services professionals, and (3) allow you the opportunity to network with other General Counsel and corporate peers on a regular quarterly basis.
