Conducting ad forensically sound, cost-effective international elec­tronic discovery (e-discovery) has become increasingly challenging for global organizations. Electronic evidence from across the globe needs to be appropri­ately preserved, analyzed, and reviewed by compliance professionals responding to serious and time-sensitive compliance issues such as potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
