Brooks joined PwC in 2006 as senior manager of national thought leadership, focusing primarily on senior partner communications. Prior to that he spent 17 years at IBM where he was director of executive and employee communications for IBM's Personal Computer Company, and speech writer for Sam Palmisano.

After five years as a professor of philosophy, he began his corporate career at General Electric headquarters where was speech writer for Jack Welch and other senior executives.

He has taught business ethics and management communication in the MBA programs of the University of Connecticut and Pace University, as well as Fordham's University's Gabelli School of Business.

He was educated at Stanford University, Stanford Law School, and earned a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Bhushan currently leads PwC's US Financial Services People & Change practice and has over 16 years of global consulting experience delivering value-add solutions to complex business problems, including business operating model design, organization design, governance, and managing large scale transformations. He has consulted to business leaders across Banking, Insurance and Asset Management sectors enabling the transformation of front, middle and back office functions, (including Sales & Distribution, IT, Finance, Risk Management, Marketing and Internal Audit) at a number of Financial Services clients.

Experience gained from living and working in the US, Europe and Asia, has made Bhushan a highly sought after expert in the area of global organization & people strategies. He currently leads PwC's US Financial Services People & Change practice, which is focused on delivering capabilities such as Organization Design, Talent Management, Change Management and HR Transformation on a standalone or integrated basis to address priority client issues such as regulatory change, risk management, growth strategies, cost and productivity management.

Prior to joining PwC, Bhushan has held leadership positions at other consulting firms, where he consulted to a large number of clients, established and lead significant revenue generating practices, managed and mentored national practitioners and demonstrated market eminence through published white papers and delivered external speaking engagements.

Bhushan's received his ACMA (Management & Accounting) from Nottingham University, UK and his BA (Hons) in Accounting and Economics from Essex University, UK.

He has worked extensively within the professional services, financial services, entertainment and media, technology and healthcare industries. Scott has over 16 years of experience in HR and Organizational Development.

Over the course of his career, he has led the assessment, redesign and implementation organizational structures and business processes within all levels of global organizations. Scott has also led large-scale business transformation initiatives, aligning corporate strategy and vision to structure and processes, resulting in sustainable organizational change with measurable business results. Scott’s experience as an HR executive resulted in the articulation and achievement of key talent priorities and significant improvement on key people metrics and culture change.
