What directors think survey 2009

As part of our program of understanding and providing perspectives on corporate governance issues, PricewaterhouseCoopers joined with Corporate Board Member magazine for the eighth consecutive year to survey corporate directors.

The survey measures the opinions of more than 1,000 directors serving on the boards of the top 2,000 publicly traded companies (by revenue) and covers such relevant issues as the economic crisis and expectations on regulatory changes due to the crisis, the current risk environment, executive compensation, and board effectiveness, to name just a few.

The 2009 survey findings are highlighted in the fourth quarter 2009 issue of Corporate Board Member magazine. Additional findings and analysis will be published in a special supplement in the coming weeks.
