Emerging trends in corporate governance

As part of our program of providing corporate governance thought leadership and support to clients, we again, for the seventh consecutive year, have joined with Corporate Board Member to organize a corporate governance academic council. The council participates in roundtable discussions considering emerging challenges boards of directors face and will face in the future. The results of those discussions from 2008 are captured in this issue of Emerging trends in corporate governance. This report demonstrates PwC's continued support for board effectiveness, and we believe it will be of great interest to directors and senior executives.
