Rob DeGaudenzi

Rob DeGaudenzi is a partner and leads the International Tax Services group for the New York Metro region. In this role, he assists clients in a wide variety of matters — including intellectual property migration and planning, designing and implementing integrated holding and financing company structures, solutions for cash redeployment and repatriation, intercompany financing, cross-border mergers and acquisitions strategy, effective tax rate reduction techniques, and foreign tax credit planning.
Rob has more than 24 years of experience advising US and foreign based multinational companies and regularly works on large multi-jurisdictional transactions and restructurings. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his B.S. and LLM degrees from New York University and his J.D. from St. John’s University.
