Brian Meighan is a partner and co-leader of PwC’s Washington National Tax Services (WNTS) Tax Policy Services group. In this role, he advises clients on a range of legislative and regulatory matters, as well as on joint venture issues — including matters related to publicly traded partnerships, passive activities, and allocation provisions.
Prior to rejoining PwC in 2004, Mr. Meighan was an accountant with the Joint Committee on Taxation of the United States Congress, where, among other duties, he assisted members of Congress with the development and analysis of legislative proposals. Mr. Meighan received a BBA in accounting and a master’s in professional accounting (taxation) from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the AICPA.
