Ann Kruse

Ann Kruse is a partner and serves as the Specialized Tax Services (STS) leader for the Missouri market. In these roles, Ann advises her clients — in industries as varied as manufacturing, automotive, retail, insurance, and banking — in a diverse array of tax accounting matters, regulatory and statutory compliance filings, and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as IRS examination defense.

Ann has more than 16 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to joining PwC, she worked at Arthur Andersen, where she focused on federal and state tax compliance and research and development tax credits. Ann received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Truman State University, where she now serves as an Advisory Board member for the accounting school. She is a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs as well as the AICPA.
