The Supreme Court heard arguments concerning the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in March. A decision is expected to be released sometime before the Court recesses on June 30. Management and boards of directors may wish to consider potential implications (and possible impact on and strategies of providing health care benefits) in advance of the Supreme Court's ruling, as the time to address such changes in the June 30 reporting period may be short.
