How can we shore up our supply chain so that it’s better able to withstand disruptions?

A recent host of factors, including market and demand volatility and the speed of process automation, have led to questions about what strong supply chain performance looks like. Companies that run the supply chain as a strategic asset want their suppliers to be true partners in helping them cope with the ups and downs. (Watch the CEO insights videos)

In the year ahead, more than half of US CEOs (53%) plan to strengthen engagement with key suppliers to both minimize costs and maximize supply chain flexibility and delivery performance. (Explore the data)
