China's strong economic growth has created promising career opportunities in the professional services arena. To attract overseas talent to its firm in China and Hong Kong, the PwC global network of firms launched the China Sourcing Initiative (CSI) in 2007. Dedicated recruiting professionals located in the United Kingdom (UK), the United States of America (US), and Australia recruit individuals with international experience and valuable local Chinese knowledge and language skills for PwC China/Hong Kong. This initiative provides high-caliber individuals with the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding atmosphere for a global brand.

What do we look for in CSI campus recruits from the United States?

We primarily recruit individuals with degrees in accounting, finance, economics, computer science, management information systems, and other business-related areas. Ideal candidates are motivated individuals who aspire to launch their careers with PwC China/Hong Kong. In addition to academic success, the ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin or Cantonese is essential. Interested individuals must be eligible to work in China or Hong Kong without sponsorship.

How is the interview process structured?

Potential candidates will go through the entire campus recruitment process in the United States. If you are selected for an interview, you may expect a combination of phone interviews, on-campus interviews, on-site office interviews, and/or video conference interviews. Successful candidates will receive offers for full-time employment with PwC China/Hong Kong.
