Starting strong

We'll help you build upon your solid academic foundation starting on day one. You will participate in a six- to 12-month on-boarding program that focuses on acclimating you to the firm's culture and values and includes specialized training on technical and professional skills topics. Your managers, team members, and career coach will provide ongoing guidance. In addition, a peer mentor will support you along the way.

The specialized technical expertise and professional skills of our practitioners help drive business success and client satisfaction. At each stage of your career, you'll have the opportunity to participate in targeted learning programs that help you enhance your technical, consulting, and leadership skills. In addition, specialized support programs are available if you are seeking professional certifications, such as the CPA certification, or if you are interested in earning a graduate degree. Expanding your existing skills and knowledge not only distinguishes you and PwC in the marketplace, but also it supports your professional growth and career progression.

Through a user-friendly system called “Learning at PwC,” you will have instant access to an in-depth catalogue of learning programs and specialized courses, some of which can be taken virtually, anytime, anywhere. We make it easy to find and enroll in courses, book travel and hotels, and track learning activities and compliance with continuing professional education requirements.

Every PwC employee also has instant access to a wealth of critical knowledge via our intranet-based knowledge management tools and resources. Our knowledge repositories, best-practice documentation, and collaboration tools help you connect with the collective knowledge of PwC’s 29,000 people. Plus, you’ll have access to a comprehensive library of research resources and third-party content.
