PwC's Leadership Adventure

PwC's national and market-based Leadership Adventure programs are focused on helping you develop your leadership abilities and personal brand alongside some of our client-serving partners, principals, and staff.

These highly interactive and exciting programs allow you to elevate your own leadership abilities while building relationships with other student leaders from a diverse group of sources. PwC professionals bring their experiences to the programs to further enhance the networking and learning opportunities for participants.

Though you may already know a little about PwC, these programs will provide you extensive exposure to our profession, organization, and people. As a participant, you will learn about yourself and PwC through corporate responsibility and team building activities, social and networking events, and leadership style assessments.

PwC's Leadership Adventure

Students at PwC's National Leadership Adventure are challenged to immerse themselves in learning activities that help get them get out of their comfort zone and into a leadership role. At last year's program in Chicago, students were asked to partake in an activity that allowed them to have fun while at the same time showed how each of them could act as a leader.

To help students better understand how each of them could break through what they thought was impossible and reveal themselves as a leader, students were asked to envision themselves breaking through a challenge in their life. Last year's program challenged students to gain confidence and be inspired by those around them.

At PwC's National Leadership Adventure, participants worked in teams to learn about themselves, the professional services industry, and PwC. As part of last year's program students were asked to work together to create something special.

A big part of PwC's National Leadership Adventure is giving back. Each year students work together to give back to local charities. Giving back to your local community is important to any leader, and students at last year's program lived that first hand.

PwC's National Leadership Adventure is not all about learning about yourself. Last year participants had the chance to explore the beautiful city of Chicago while enjoying some sightseeing along the way. The program offers evening activities that provide students with the opportunity to interact with fellow participants from all over the country in an informal setting.

As part of the culminating event for PwC's National Leadership Adventure, students cheered on their teams during an activity that many mark their favorite. At the end of the program students walked away from the week with life-long friends and a better understanding of what they can do in the future to help lead the way. .
