Internship Development Program (IDP)

PwC interns who receive full-time offers at the completion of their internships are invited to travel to Orlando, Florida for a leadership program like no other.

Teaming with the Disney Institute, and using the Walt Disney World theme parks as our "living classroom", you'll experience an innovative and experiential-based curriculum. Leadership skills, team building, and personal enrichment sessions are all on the agenda, along with the opportunity to connect with PwC interns, partners, and principals from across the United States and across the PwC global network of member firms. And did we mention we'll have some fun along the way?
