Shadowing experiences

Up close and personal

The best way to learn how to build a successful and meaningful career at PwC is to spend time with the people who’ve done it. That’s why every PwC intern will spend time with a partners, principals or senior-level managers and participate in their day-to-day work activities (team meetings, client visits, or practice development activities).

But shadowing is only the beginning of your exposure to senior staff. As an intern, you’ll be working with experienced PwC professionals every day, gaining valuable knowledge from seeing how they approach the work to deliver exceptional client service.
