Discover yourself
Can two months really change a person?
An internship at PwC can teach you a lot about business. And even more about yourself.
Community service
Life is about more than just work
Every PwC intern is given the opportunity to participate in meaningful community service projects that give back to the community. PwC works with service organizations both large and small, in every community, from food pantries to community centers to after-school programs. You’ll be alongside PwC partners, principals, and staff at all levels, getting to know your colleagues in a deeper way while working together toward a common goal.
Shape your personal path
Gain confidence and perspective
PwC's internship is a growing experience, both personally and professionally. With everything you’re seeing, doing, and learning, you’ll gain confidence about where you want to go with your career and who you are as a person. It’s a noticeable difference that you’ll see and feel. If you aren’t sure what you want to do with your career, the internship can expose you to possibilities that you may not have known about, let alone considered. The hands-on experience of working with PwC can help validate your choice or inspire you to experience something different at the firm.
Knowledge-sharing experience
Learn your strengths and weaknesses
The PwC Knowledge Sharing Experience (KSE) is a rigorous team-based training exercise that will give you the most precious knowledge of all: self-knowledge. It will show your strengths, reveal your weaknesses, and help you understand how you work with others. You will work in teams on a real world business problem using the firm’s knowledge anagement tools and then present your findings to a panel of PwC partners, principals, and senior staff, who will evaluate your work and offer feedback on your presentation.
