Q&A

  • Q: Describe your transition from Audit to Tax.

A: I was always curious about Tax, but my experience was in Audit. I heard about a Tax rotation PwC offered, and I decided to take advantage of the opportunity for several months. It opened my eyes to Tax and confirmed my feelings that Tax would be a better fit for me. Everyone was very supportive of the transition and helped make sure it was as seamless as possible.

  • Q: How has PwC helped you grow as a person?

A: My transition to Tax made me realize that I have more of a voice than I thought. Now, I am more confident in my instincts and intuition.

  • Q: How have you taken advantage of the firm’s vacation policy?

A: I let everyone know a year in advance that I was going to take three weeks off for my wedding, and my team was extremely supportive. I took care of all the wedding details myself and really needed that time off to pull everything together. It meant a lot to me that the firm was willing to be that flexible.
