Market and workforce trends have continued to evolve and with it, so has PwC's business model. In addition to our traditional full-time and part-time employees, we are looking to build a seasonal workforce comprised of high-quality professionals to support the practice during peak periods throughout the year. We call it Contingent Resource Staffing Services (CRSS). At this time, we are focusing our efforts in 7 geographic markets: Greater Chicago, Greater Houston, Greater Michigan, New York Metro, Northeast, North Texas and San Jose.
As part of CRSS, professionals would be engaged for specific service periods during various times throughout the year. As a fixed term (seasonal) employee, you can expect to work alongside other PwC employees serving both public and private clients for a variety of projects in a spectrum of industries.
