Q&A

  • Q: Describe what it was like working in the Jacksonville office.

A: I love working in a smaller office. Since joining PwC, I’ve been able to become very hands-on with the auditing of income tax process from start to finish, working directly with clients and my teammates.

  • Q: How was your transition from Assurance to Tax?

A: My internship at PwC helped me realize that PwC’s Tax practice was a better fit for me. I discussed it with a few people and one of the Audit partners was very supportive of my decision and encouraged me to pursue Tax.

  • Q: How did your five-month rotation in Tampa help you progress professionally?

A: It was an amazing experience, and I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be in the forefront of Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS). While in Tampa, I coached process specialists on how to prepare extensions, allocate partnership data, and use different tools available within PwC. What I learned during this rotation contributed to my promotion to senior associate, and inspired me to travel to Washington, D.C. for another rotation.
