Becoming a consultant at PwC allows you to develop deeper expertise in your area of focus and establish yourself as a leader in your practice, while still giving you many options to broaden your experience in other areas.
You will initially apply to one of our broad industry areas but through our interview and offer process MBAs are hired into a competency within those industries. This structure allows us to deliver valuable solutions to our clients. Our process is simple:
- Application: MBA students apply to one of five broad industry areas.
- On-campus interviews: Students take part in two 45 minute interviews on campus to assess overall fit and competency strengths. Your school recruiter will be your primary point of contact for on campus interviews.
- In-office interviews: In office interviews consist of three 45 minute interviews, two behavioral and one case interview. You will have a business recruiter as a primary point of contact throughout this final round of the interview process.
- What to expect after the interview: We aim to provide you with an offer decision within one week of final round interview.
