Mike has been with PwC for over 20 years and has provided a broad range of mergers and acquisitions services, including target searches and evaluations, industry strategic assessments, business and financial due diligence, accounting and tax structure, and post-merger integration and exit analysis to corporate and financial buyers. Mike has been involved in domestic and international acquisitions aggregating over $75 billion. These acquisitions have ranged in size from $10 million to over $25 billion in diverse industries such as construction, engineering, chemicals, technology, aerospace, water utility and other manufacturing concerns. In addition, Mike has developed substantial accounting and SEC reporting experience and has been responsible for numerous initial and secondary public offerings.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University. He holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
