The information-packed program attracted more than 11,000 transportation professionals from around the world. The TRB Annual Meeting program covered all transportation modes, with more than 4,000 presentations in nearly 650 sessions and workshops addressing topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions.

|Peter is the US Leader of PwC's Capital Projects and Infrastructure business. Mr. Raymond brings more than 20 years experience working around the world with public and private sector entities on the design, delivery and financing of large scale capital and infrastructure projects.
Among his experience, he has served as advisor to the US Department of Transportation on the evaluation of transportation investment models, innovative project delivery and alternative financing mechanisms; as advisor to the Federal Transit Administration on their Public Private Partnership Pilot Program (Penta P), as advisor on the private sector development of the Trans-Texas Corridor and in similar capacity on other projects.
Mr. Raymond's experience in working with government and the financial services industry was recognized in 2010 when he was named one of the nation's top 25 consultants by Consulting Magazine.

|Mike Donoghue is a multi-skilled management consulting professional with over 17 years in leadership positions in both the private and public sector. For the past 12 years, he has assisted government clients in developing agency-wide performance measurement systems. His experience has been centered on enterprise wide performance management, program management, business process re-engineering, organizational analysis and system redesign.
Mike has supported the deployment of the Transportation Secuirty Adminstration's (TSA) Performance Management Information System (PMIS) which collected and analyzed operational metrics and security reports from over 400 airports across the nation (3,000 users and 2.5 GB dataset). He has also supported the DOT/FAA to resolve property management issues by defining the portfolio, processes, documenting best practices, and developing strategic management documents to guide the collection and reporting of property operations.
