Asset managers: Privacy regulation (MA 201) and governance podcast

The evolving state regulations over the protection of personal information and identity theft will have a significant impact on asset managers' and has created greater governance and oversight challenges for senior executives and boards. One such proposed rule is the new Massachusetts data privacy law, 201 CMR 17 - Standards for the Protection of Personal Information of Residents of the Commonwealth, or "MA 201."
