Vadim Khrapoun

Mr. Khrapoun has been working for PwC since 1994 and spent two and a half years working in PwC Transactions practice in London. During his work in Transactions Vadim Khrapoun has gained extensive experience and solid knowledge in a broad range of advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, financial budgeting & planning, modeling, due diligence and business valuation.

Vadim Khrapoun is a certified appraiser, member of the Russian Society of Appraisers and an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). In addition, Vadim is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and also has a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the London Business School.
