PwC's Social Command Center was at SXSW 2014 to demonstrate the power of social listening while bringing attendees an enhanced experience.
Operating out of our Austin office, our Social Command Center monitored thousands of tweets through our Twitter handle @PwC_Live from 9am and 9pm daily. Our Social Command Center dispatched our pedicab equipped Rapid Response team to take care of the needs of attendees.
Here are a few ways we helped attendees:
Rejuvenating spa services for those tired after a long week
Directed attendees to local restaurants
Delivered revitalizing drinks such as juices, water and cold coffees
Provided portable mobile phone chargers
Distributed umbrellas to many attendees stuck in the rain and sunglasses when the sun finally returned.
