Rehabilitations

We have provided services to the Rehabilitators (usually the insurance commissioner of the state of the company in receivership) or NOLHGA, the National Organization of Life and Health Guarantee Associations (which oversees the necessary funding and operations to ensure the fulfillment of insurance contract obligations). Our services include:

Analysis of and recommendations for moratorium period options
Actuarial appraisals of company or blocks of business for potential sale
Evaluation of competing bids for purchase of company or blocks of business
Expert testimony during rehabilitation hearings
