Paul is part of PwC's Advisory M&A practice and is focused on delivering M&A services to Fortune 1000 companies and private equities in the areas of M&A Integration, divestiture and carve-outs, global legal entity consolidation, pre-deal diligence, and synergy analysis. He has assisted clients with leading and executing many high profile technology transactions in Silicon Valley. He holds an MBA from the University of Arizona and served 10 years as a Naval Flight Officer flying F-14 Tomcats.
