Roslyn (Roz) is a Managing Director in PwC’s Government, Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy office in Washington, DC where she develops integrated strategies to achieve public policy and political affairs objectives representing the firm and its interests before Congress, the Executive Branch, and federal regulatory agencies.She will lead PwC’s efforts engaging leaders in Washington, state and local governments, and NGOs as the firm executes its business strategy.
Roz works collaboratively with external stakeholders in government, the private sector and NGOs on a broad range of initiatives. She also advises PwC’s partners and clients on public policy issues, opportunities and challenges that impact not only the firm, but a broad range of industry sectors. In addition to general lobbying responsibilities within the U.S., she liaises with PwC counterparts outside of the U.S. on global regulatory matters and has responsibility within the U.S. for compliance matters in the lobbying and political contributions areas.
Roz has more than 19 years of experience with PwC that includes roles ranging from tax consulting for clients to internal brand management. Prior to her position with Government, Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy, Roz completed a leadership tour with a member of PwC’s U.S. Leadership Team, during which she managed and assisted the development of various firm initiatives. She began her career with PwC as a Tax associate in the Detroit office. While in Tax, she completed a rotation with PwC's Washington National Tax Services' (WNTS) International Tax Group in D.C. where she researched and analyzed complex international tax issues for both inbound and outbound multinational organizations.
Roz holds a B.A. in English and Psychology from Stanford University, a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School at Ann Arbor and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
