Dana Mcilwain is the US Leader of the Advisory services practice and a Vice Chairman. Prior to this, Dana held regional Advisory leadership roles in the West, East and New York Metro regions. In addition, Dana was previously elected to the firm's Board of Partners and Principals.

Dana is based in the firm's New York office. With more than 25 years of experience at PwC, Dana has provided a wide range of advisory and consulting services to his clients in the areas of performance improvement, risk management and technology consulting. He spent 13 years of his career focused on serving clients in the entertainment and media industry in both New York and Los Angeles.

Dana is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Society of Certified Public Accountants in New York and California as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the American Red Cross in Greater New York, and is currently the Treasurer, Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Dana earned a degree in Management from Tulane University, with a concentration in Accounting. He and his wife live with their daughter in New York.
