Christine Lattanzio leads Communication and Change. A partner since 2007, she previously led PwC's New York Metro Real Estate Tax practice. She has also served as the leader of PwC's National Real Estate Tax practice. Christine previously worked in the global tax planning group at Security Capital Group, a publicly traded real estate firm, and practiced tax law at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (now Paul Hastings).
Christine is active in PwC's mentoring programs for female staff and regularly serves as a faculty member in PwC’s partner development programs for partners who are new to their roles. She is a member of the Board of Directors of StreetWise Partners, a non-profit organization that provides a mentoring program and professional skills training to low-income individuals in order to help them overcome employment barriers and obtain better jobs. She is also a member of the New York Regional Board of CollegeSpring, a non-profit that provides SAT preparation and college admissions assistance to students from low-income backgrounds. Christine is an active member of WX, an invitation-only organization for executive women in the real estate industry, where she serves on the Membership Committee and contributes to events held to educate scholarship recipients and young women in the early years of their real estate careers. She also participates in the Women's Bond Club, a financial services organization that brings together experienced women professionals from all areas of the financial services industry for networking and assistance with advancement in their fields.
Christine holds an A.B. from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
