Corporate responsibility: People
People
Our people are the core of our business. Every day, they help us build trust: the trust of our clients, the trust of colleagues and the trust of the public. We invest in our people by providing enriched professional experiences and robust learning opportunities to create responsible leaders and trusted advisors who can have a positive impact on our clients, colleagues and communities.
We foster an inclusive culture and are committed to providing growth opportunities, career flexibility and ongoing training to our people. We believe that diversity brings many talents, backgrounds and personalities to bear on important issues. And because we believe that the power of diversity makes the firm stronger, we enhance the cultural dexterity of our people by offering innovative diversity programs as well as accelerated learning and coaching experiences that help to develop our people as successful professionals. From extensive orientation programs to ongoing training and educational support, the firm provides a continuous learning environment that encourages our people to stay and grow their career.
