National Conference on Volunteering and Service 2009
In June, PwC was honored to participate in the world's largest gathering of volunteer and service leaders from the nonprofit, government and corporate sectors. During this event, we had an opportunity to speak alongside such leaders as First Lady Michelle Obama, Governor Schwarzenegger, Speaker Pelosi, Jon Bon Jovi and others at this star-studded conference. Our Corporate Responsibility leader, Shannon Schuyler, spoke in front of nearly 4,000 business, nonprofit and governmental leaders about our firm's vision around responsible leadership. She not only articulated the importance of service for our firm, but also our holistic commitment to acting responsibly in the marketplace, for our people and for the environment. Watch video of Shannon's speech as well as view photos from the event.
