In a global business environment, diversity of thought and cultural diversity are enormously important. We believe individual differences and backgrounds enrich our dialogue and contribute to the strength of the firm. Retaining a diverse population throughout our ranks is equally important and we believe providing training and tools to increase awareness and understanding of differences and why they matter is an essential part of our efforts.
