Since 2007, the Impact program – a unique community initiative and minority youth talent development program to help cultivate the next generation of leaders – has served as a valuable resource for hundreds of students and parents. More than 400 students have graduated from the program and matriculated on to college. While in its final year – the last class of high school seniors will graduate in 2013 – it’s just the beginning for many of our Impact alumni as they embark on the early stages of college life or launch their careers. Check out the video above to hear from some of our past and current Impact scholars and mentors who have participated in the program.
