PwC invites you to attend the 2012 Year-end considerations for audit committees seminar. This annual event is specifically designed for directors of large companies who serve on the audit committee or have an interest in financial reporting and accounting-related topics. As in prior years, PwC's top SEC, financial reporting and policy leaders will focus on the issues we expect audit committees and boards to face as they prepare for the year-end reporting cycle and throughout the year. This year we also have a special session with David Gordon from the Eurasia Group. David will share an update on international, national, and local political dynamics within emerging markets and will discuss their significant growth opportunities and related risks. The seminar will also address current regulatory activities in Washington, key financial reporting developments, potential tax reforms, and other audit committee and board challenges. The seminar will kick-off with an audit committee peer exchange session, preceded by a panel discussion, that will provide participants a unique opportunity to interact and exchange valuable information with their peers. On the following day, the seminar will continue with a full day of interesting and educational sessions. Download the seminar agenda to review the full business program
