Individual teams and departments organise social events such as days out at the races, away days (or even weekends) and sports days, and everyone comes together for the annual black tie Christmas party in Harrogate.

Recent activities have included a clothing sale for Breast Cancer Haven, donation of Easter eggs for the Children's HIV Association, and fundraising for VSO to help fight HIV and AIDS in India. Closer to home, staff have helped with helping events such as Leeds Cares Action Days and the Harrogate International Festival. The office's Forensics team was also awarded a Merit Award by the NSPCC for raising £80,000 through quiz nights and auctions.
