Business Recovery Services helps under-performing businesses find the best way forward by advising, restructuring or refinancing. We are the largest UK practice in this field and offer services that range from turnaround implementation to accelerated mergers and acquisitions.
Corporate Finance supports and advises our clients involved in any form of corporate or public/ private transaction. We help companies to identify and execute acquisition, investment and disposal opportunities, and raise finance from private equity investors and the public markets. We also provide commercial advice to public sector bodies for example on procurring projects and services from the private sector to fund new roads, build schools, improve rail services and modernise hospitals.
Forensic Services is involved in investigations, disputes, claims and advice regarding: anti-money laundering issues; regulatory compliance; capital projects; fraud; and economic crime. We also have a team of forensic technology specialists who focus on the capture, management and analysis of electronic data.
Forensic Technology Solutions provides litigation support for lawyers, investigators and clients as well as assistance with complex data analytics or forensic data preservation, where facts are required and the information is buried deep in IT systems. FTS uses cutting edge technology and develops bespoke software to help clients respond to regulatory requirements and investigations and provides advice on large scale data preservations and collections.
Market & Value Advisory delivers expert valuation and rigorous financial, economic, regulatory and strategic advice on businesses, brands, products, services, customers and markets. We pride ourselves on coming up with innovative ideas that add value as well as offering regulatory advice to clarify business models or resolve disputes.
What you'll do
