Like any job application process, ours has a number of stages. They're not designed to trip you up, but to help you end up in the job that's just right you.
For most roles, there will be a first and a second interview. Depending on the location of the job, those interviews could be face-to-face, over the telephone or by video conferencing. We also occasionally use psychometric and aptitude tests. It's difficult to generalise about how long the process takes as this varies from role to role but further information will be given to you when you are invited to interview.
