With around 100 partners and staff, the Milton Keynes office - located in the Central Business Exchange, close to a major shopping centre and just a few minutes walk from the railway station - offers both exceptional experience and highly varied work to our staff.
Find out more about our Milton Keynes office.
Our staff are drawn mostly from the local area - such as Northampton, Luton or Milton Keynes itself, although there are people from other parts of the UK here too. We provide a welcoming atmosphere - and as a smaller office, it's easy to get to know everyone and assimilate quickly whilst you're being trained.
There are plenty of activities. Our social calendar revolves around two central events, our summer and Christmas parties - but there's lots going on otherwise. Monthly office drinks, trips to Newmarket races, and events as diverse as a fish and chips evening and a trip to a Boyzone concert have featured! We've also staged a treasure hunt at Woburn safari park and seen our workforce swoop down the slopes at the town's dry-slope skiing centre.
As well as football, touch rugby and cricket teams, we've had pool nights and a badminton tournament, and even dragon boat racing. And because we're a small office, our annual student intake always form close peer groups.
Our people enjoy working together on various community affairs activities - helping local schools and communities. Employability and social regeneration are central themes to much that we do - and our activities have included swimathons, mentoring and volunteer reading programmes.
The office provides a wide range of PwC service lines - Assurance, Tax, and a growing Risk Assurance Services practice.
That's all great news for student who join us - the chance to gain a wide range of experience and find out where your talents and interests lie as you train with us.
You'll also work on clients ranging from aerospace to construction, manufacturing to hospitality, logistics to business services.
The office has large growth plans. We're working to build close ties with the university that will soon be opening in the city - and as Milton Keynes has one of the fastest rates of business growth in the UK, we have ambitious plans for expansion of our own business.
It's a great time to be in the city; over your training period, you'll enjoy lots of career development opportunities - and you'll love working here too!
